Micron DDR5 SDRAM

Micron DDR5 SDRAM enables server workloads by delivering more than an 85% increase in memory performance. This device increases bandwidth performance gains in data centers that require the performance advantages of DDR5 to maintain available bandwidth per CPU core. The DDR5 along with the additional compute will be instrumental in extracting value and insight from the explosion of data being generated in the world today.

Duty Cycle Adjuster (DCA) circuit capable of adjusting both the DQ and DQS duty cycles for the read path internally
DQS interval oscillator circuit that allows the controller to monitor changes in the DQS clock tree delays caused by shifts in voltage and temperature
New and improved training modes, including a new read preamble training mode, command and address training mode, chip select training mode, and a write leveling training mode

Read training patterns with dedicated mode registers
Internal reference voltages for the command and address pins (V_REFCA) and chip select pin (V_REFCS)
