Microchip Technology PLA133 Fanout Buffer ICs

Microchip Technology PLA133 Fanout Buffer ICs are high-performance fanout buffers for automotive and low-power applications. Microchip Technology PLA133 accepts a DC to 160MHz reference clock input. The PLA133-47 produces four low-jitter outputs, PLA133-67 has six low-jitter outputs, and PLA133-97 has nine low-jitter outputs. The PLA133-47 comes in an SOIC-8L package, the PLA133-67 in a TSSOP-16L package, and the PLA133-97 is offered in a small 3mm x 3mm wettable flanks VQFN-16L package.
