The PIC32CM Lx MCUs integrate innovative features to solve challenges in the IoT, consumer, industrial, and medical markets. These MCUs offer superior touch, security, and smart analog integration in one ultra-low power device. The PIC32CM Lx MCUs operate at up to 48MHz with memory configurations of up to 512KB Flash and 64KB SRAM.

With picoPower® technology and flexible power-saving modes, the PIC32CM Lx MCUs enable power-efficient designs. These devices are supported by power debugging and data visualizer tools to monitor and analyze power consumption in real-time. The PIC32CM Lx MCUs integrate an enhanced Peripheral Touch Controller (PTC) that offers best-in-class water tolerance and high noise immunity. These devices are supported by the Microchip Technology touch configurator and touch library, making it easy to add elegant touch interfaces to applications.
The Microchip Technology PIC32CM Lx MCUs are available in 48- and 64-pin VQFN and 48-, 64-, and 100-pin TQFN packages. The 48- and 64-pin VQFN packages feature wettable flanks for automated optical inspection (AOI).
