Microchip Technology MCP649x EMI Filtering Operational Amplifiers

Microchip Technology MCP649x EMI Filtering Operational Amplifiers operate with a single supply voltage as low as 1.8V while drawing a low quiescent current of 2.5mA (maximum per amplifier). These op amps feature a low-input offset voltage (±1.6mV, maximum), rail-to-rail input/output operation, a 30MHz gain bandwidth (typical), and stable unity gain. EMI protection minimizes the effects of electromagnetic interference from external sources, making the components suited for EMI-sensitive applications such as power lines, radio stations, and mobile communications. The op-amps are offered in single (MCP6496), dual (MCP6497), and quad (MCP6499) packages. The Microchip Technology MCP649x EMI Filtering Operational Amplifiers are designed using an advanced CMOS process and fully specified in the extended temperature range from -40°C to +125°C.
