Microchip Technology AVR64EA28/32/48 AVR® EA Microcontrollers facilitate the AVR CPU with a hardware multiplier running at clock speeds up to 20MHz. The AVR EA Family facilitates a flexible and low-power architecture, including Event System, accurate analog subsystems, and advanced digital peripherals. The MCUs supply 64KB of Flash, 6KB of SRAM, and 512 bytes of EEPROM. The Microchip AVR64EA28/32/48 AVR EA MCUs are offered in 28-, 32-, and 48-pin packages.
