Microchip Technology ATtiny3224, ATtiny3226, and ATtiny3227 8-Bit Microcontrollers (MCUs) feature the AVR® CPU with hardware multiplier, running at up to 20MHz with 32KB Flash, 3KB SRAM, and 256B of EEPROM. These devices integrate Core Independent Peripherals with low-power features, including an Event System, intelligent analog, and advanced peripherals.
The ATtiny3224, ATtiny3226, and ATtiny3227 MCUs include a 12-bit Analog-to-Digitial Converter (ADC) offering true differential measuring capabilities with optional hardware accumulation of up to 1024 samples, which effectively gives up to 17-bits resolution. With sampling rates up to 375ksps, analog data is available very rapidly. The Programmable Gain Amplifier (PGA) for the ADC can amplify single-ended and differential analog inputs to make it possible to measure even small amplitude signals efficiently.
The Microchip Technology ATtiny3224, ATtiny3226, ATtiny3227 Microcontrollers are part of the tinyAVR® 2 Family. These devices are recommended for safety-critical applications, targeting industrial and automotive products (IEC 61508 and ISO 26262).
The ATtiny3224 MCUs are available in 14-pin TSSOP and SOIC packages. The ATtiny3226 MCUs are available in 20-pin VQFN, SSOP, and SOIC packages. The ATtiny3227 is available in a 24-pin VQFN package.
