Microchip Technology ATEVK-MXT288UD-A Evaluation Kit (EV30P71A) is a complete I2C-based kit for developing applications based on the ATMXT288UD maXTouch® Touchscreen Controller. The ATMXT288UD is an automotive-qualified touchscreen controller optimized for smart surfaces and multi-function displays up to 6.5″.
The Microchip Technology ATEVK-MXT288UD-A Evaluation Kit includes the ATMXT288UD-I2C-PCB Control Board featuring a pre-installed ATMXT640UD maXTouch Touchscreen Controller in a 7.0mm x 7.0mm VQFN-56 package. The Control Board connects to the included 5.0″ Touchscreen Assembly via a Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) cable. A set of self-adhesive feet are supplied with the Evaluation Kit to allow for the touchscreen assembly to be used on the desk or bench. Alternatively, the touchscreen assembly may be mounted to a suitable display for evaluation of on-screen performance. The included MaxTouch Bridge Board (ATUSB-HSBB-PCB) enables connection to a PC running the maXTouch Studio LITE software.
