Micro Commercial Components (MCC) UMD2NHE3 NPN & PNP Digital Transistor

Micro Commercial Components (MCC) UMD2NHE3 NPN and PNP Digital Transistor is a pre-biased resistor available in a SOT-363 package. This digital transistor enables the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors. The UMD2NHE3 NPN and PNP transistor features an 833°C/W junction to ambient thermal resistance, 150mW power dissipation, and 250MHz transition frequency. This digital transistor operates at 150°C junction temperature and -10V to 40V input voltage range. The UMD2NHE3 NPN and PNP transistor is a Halogen-free Green device, Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 (MSL 1), and epoxy meets UL 94V-0 flammability rating. This digital transistor is Lead-free finish and RoHS compliant.
