The UMD12NHE3 NPN and PNP digital transistor complies with RoHS, Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 (MSL 1), and epoxy meets the UL 94V-0 flammability rating standards. This digital transistor includes a Lead-free finish and is a Halogen-free Green device.
