Micro Commercial Components (MCC) DTA123EUA PNP Digital Transistor is a pre-biased resistor with a -50V supply voltage available in an SOT-323 package. This digital transistor enables the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors. The DTA123EUA PNP digital transistor features a -12V to 10V input voltage range, -100mA output current, and 200mW power dissipation. This PNP digital transistor complies with RoHS, Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 (MSL 1), and epoxy meets the UL 94V-0 flammability rating standards.
