Micro Commercial Components (MCC) Deep Snap-Back ESD Protection Diodes

Micro Commercial Components (MCC) Deep-Snap Back ESD Protection Diodes are designed to deliver excellent protection for high-speed interfaces. These diodes feature 0.5pF typical ultra-low capacitance, 200nA low leakage current, 26V reverse breakdown voltage, and low clamping voltage. The deep-snap diodes comply with Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 (MSL 1), IEC 6100-4-2 (ESD immunity), and IEC 6100-4-5 (lighting) standards. These diodes operate at 24V reverse voltage and -40°C to 125°C temperature range.

The deep-snap diodes are available in CSP201 and CP1006 compact packages. The diodes are ideal for electronics and industrial electronics devices such as smartphones, notebooks, USBs, motor drives, communication modules, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and automation equipment.
