Micro Commercial Components (MCC) BZX84 Zener Diodes feature a 2.4V to 39V zener voltage range, 0.9V maximum forward voltage, and 625°C/W thermal resistance (junction to ambient). These diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified and halogen-free. The BZX84 diodes operate from -55°C to 150°C temperature range and offer 200mW power dissipation. These diodes comply with Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 (MSL 1) and are ideal for automated assembly processes.
