Merit Sensor CMS 1610 Piezoresistive Pressure Sensors use an ASIC to calibrate and compensate for thermal and non-linearity effects. Merit Sensor CMS 1610 features excellent burst pressure, a wide voltage range, and a low-power mode, making it ideal for designing low-power devices. With absolute and gage options, the sensors can be used across a wide pressure range.
