Menlo Micro MM1205 6-Channel SPST High Frequency Signal Relay

Menlo Micro MM1205 6-Channel Single Pole Single Throw (SPST) High-Frequency Signal Relay operates at 3.3V and 5V external supplies. This SPST relay features an integrated driver and control logic circuit with SPI and GPIO interface control options with a charge pump to drive the gate. This SPST relay each channel provides low on-state contact resistance, insertion loss, and high off-state isolation from DC to over 3GHz.

The SPST relay 6-channels enable the implementation of different signal topologies such as dual SP3T, triple SP2T, or a 2 x 3 matrix. Each channel of the relay can be individually controlled, and multiple devices can be daisy-chained together. Typical applications include high-density switch matrices, automated test and measurement systems, broadband power amplifier impedance matching, mechanical, reed, and photo relay replacement.
