MakerBot METHOD LABS-Certified Filaments

MakerBot METHOD LABS-Certified Filaments are pre-qualified materials from leading filament companies and are available in five variants. Options include SEBS 1300 95A, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene-carbon (ABS carbon), DURABIO™, PolyMax™ polycarbonate (PC), and polyethylene terephthalate glycol with electrostatic dissipative (PETG ESD). The SEBS 1300 95A is a soft material ideal for prototyping that requires elastomeric or rubber-like properties and durability. The ABS carbon filament mixes ABS and carbon fibers (CF) for improved rigidity compared to a standard ABS. The bio-based, BPA-free DURABIO™ 3D printing material offers high transparency similar to PMMA (acrylic) but offers better impact behavior and improved heat resistance. The engineered PolyMax PC material combines excellent strength, toughness, heat resistance, and printing quality, making it ideal for a wide range of engineering applications. The PETG ESD filament features easy processing, a good balance of properties in XY and XYZ directions, as well as toughness and durability.

MakerBot METHOD LABS-Certified Filaments are designed to be compatible with METHOD X, METHOD X CF, and METHOD 3D printers.
