MACOM Pin Limiter Diodes

MACOM Pin Limiter Diodes are integrated AlGaAs PIN diode limiters. The MACOM diodes are DC de-coupled at the input and output ports and can be used with or without DC bias applied. The limiter provides low insertion loss at zero bias and low flat leakage power with fast signal response/recovery times.
