Lumissil IS31LT3177/78 LED Drivers

Lumissil IS31LT3177/78 LED Drivers are adjustable linear current devices that provide excellent temperature stability. These LED drivers operate at 2.9V to 40V input voltage range with a minimal voltage headroom of 1V (typical) at 150mA. The IS31LT3177/78 LED drivers offer low dropout voltage that drives LED strings close to the supply voltage without switch capacitors or inductors. These drivers simplify the designs by providing a stable current without the additional requirement of inductors, FETs, and diodes. The IS31LT3177/78 LED drivers are available in SOT23-6 and SOP-8-EP packages and are RoHS compliant.
