Lumissil IS31CG1110 MIMO/SISO Differential Line Driver

Lumissil IS31CG1110 MIMO/SISO Differential Line Driver is a high-performance, dual port, differential line driver built for broadband PLC systems. The IS31CG1110 driver incorporates two pairs of wideband, high-voltage, current-mode feedback amplifiers. The device operates on a single supply from +10V to +13.2V and reserves the bandwidth and linearity over the complete full-scale supply range.

The Lumissil IS31CG1110 MIMO/SISO Differential Line Driver utilizes a resistor on the IBIAS pin to set the supply current. The driver features two separate disable control pins (ENB_AB and ENB_CD) for each differential amplifier to enable TDM operation. The logic pins are internally pulled high, so floating these inputs will put the IS31CG1110 in shut down mode.

The IS31CG1110 line driver provides an internal input VCM generator that maximizes the dynamic range and reduces the number of PCB components in the application circuit. A reliable thermal shut-down protection circuit is built-in and forces into shut-down mode typically when the internal junction temperature reaches +165°C.

The IS31CG1110 MIMO/SISO Differential Line Driver is housed in a 4mm x 4mm thermally enhanced 20-pin QFN package and is specified for operation over the whole -40°C to +85°C ambient temperature range.
