Luminus Devices XBT-3535-UV Surface Mount UVC LEDs

Luminus Devices XBT-3535-UV Surface Mount UVC LEDs are designed to emit wavelength of light between 275nm and 285nm. These surface mount UVC LEDs offer high optical power up to 80mW at maximum rated current. Features include compact form factor and 130° viewing angle. The XBT-3535-UV surface mount UVC LEDs are REACH and RoHS compliant. These XBT-3535-UV LEDs are tested for radiometric flux and wavelength at a drive current of 350mA, 20ms single pulse at 25°C. The XBT-3535-UV LEDs are ideal for use in water, air, surface disinfection, healthcare, food and pharmaceutical processing, analytical instruments, and horticulture.
