Littelfuse SP1064E TVS Diode Arrays

Littelfuse SP1064E TVS Diode Arrays are avalanche breakdown diodes fabricated in a proprietary silicon avalanche technology. The SP1064E protects each I/O pin to provide a high level of protection for electronic equipment that may experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). These robust Littelfuse diodes can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4, ±8kV contact discharge) without performance degradation. The low loading capacitance makes these TVS diode arrays ideal for protecting high-speed signal pins.
