Littelfuse SC1205 Bidirectional Discrete SPA® TVS Diode

Littelfuse SC1205 Bidirectional Discrete SPA^® TVS Diodes offer high ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection in a 0201 DFN-2 package with silicon avalanche technology. The SC1205 TVS component safely absorbs repetitive ESD strikes of ±30kV (contact and air discharge defined in IEC 61000-4-2) without any performance degradation. Additionally, each TVS can safely dissipate a 7A 8/20us surge event as defined by IEC 61000- 4-5 2nd edition.
