Littelfuse QJxx25xHx Alternistor Triac Thyristors

Littelfuse QJxx25xHx Thyristors are 25A alternistor triac solid-state switches designed for AC switching and phase control applications. These TRIACs are suitable for applications such as motor speed control, temperature modulation controls, lighting controls, and static switching relays. Littelfuse QJxx25xHx Thyristors only operate in Quadrants I, II, and III and are used in circuits requiring high dv/dt capability.
