Littelfuse LS0504EDD12 Low-RON Power Distribution Load Switch

Littelfuse LS0504EDD12 Low-RON Power Distribution Load Switch integrates an ultra-low RON N-channel MOSFET switch with 26mΩ to minimize voltage drop for low voltage and high current rails. This compact switch operates with a wide 1.8V to 5.5V input voltage range and provides full protection against overcurrent, overvoltage, and overtemperature. The LS0504EDD12 offers a controlled slew rate to reduce inrush current at start-up when charging large bulk load capacitances, resulting in a minimized input supply voltage droop. Littelfuse LS0504EDD12 Low-RON Power Distribution Load Switch supports a maximum continuous current of 4A and has a built-in 8Ω resistor for quick output discharge at disable. The module comes in a 1.2mm x 1.6mm 4-pin DFN package. Applications include solid-state drives (SSDs), wearable IoT devices, portable medical equipment and media players, smartphones, and tablets.
