Littelfuse LQ050x Ultra-Low-Consumption Load Switches

Littelfuse LQ050x Ultra-Low-Consumption Load Switches feature 2A or 4A output current and operate over a wide input range of 1.1V or 1.5V to 5.5V with low on-resistance (RON) to reduce conduction loss. These integrated load switches are designed to improve operating life and system robustness, and one device can be used in multiple voltage rail applications to help simplify inventory management and reduce operating costs. The wafer-level chip scale package (WLCSP) saves space in compact applications and is constructed using 4 or 6 bumps, with a 0.4mm or 0.5mm pitch for manufacturability. Littelfuse LQ050x Ultra-Low-Consumption Load Switches are lead free, RoHS compliant, and offer a -40°C to +85°C ambient operating temperature range. Typical applications include mobile devices, IoT devices, wearables, low-power subsystems, and data storage.
