Littelfuse AQRV05-4HTG Low Capacitance TVS Diode Arrays

Littelfuse AQRV05-4HTG 1pF, 12A Low Capacitance TVS Diode Arrays integrate low capacitance (1pF typical capacitance per I/O) rail-to-rail diodes with an additional Zener diode to protect each I/O pin against ESD and high-surge events. The Littelfuse AQRV05-4HTG TVS Diode Arrays can absorb a 12A maximum surge current per IEC 61000-4-5 (tP=8/20μs) without performance degradation and a minimum ±30kV ESD per IEC 61000-4-2. The low loading capacitance also makes these TVS diodes ideal for protecting high-speed signal pins.
