Littelfuse AQ22 AEC-Q101 Unidirectional TVS Diode

Littelfuse AQ22 AEC-Q101 Unidirectional TVS Diode is AEC-Q101 qualified and ideal for use in electronic equipment for DC and low-speed applications. The AQ22 protects equipment from damage due to electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other transient events. It safely absorbs repetitive ESD strikes at ±30kV (contact discharge, IEC 61000-4-2) without performance degradation and safely dissipates 27A of 8/20μs induced surge current (IEC 61000-4-5 2nd edition) with very low clamping voltages. Littelfuse AQ22 AEC-Q101 Unidirectional TVS Diode comes in a small SOD323 package that fits 0805 footprints. Typical applications include automotive, medical, computer, test equipment, and more.
