Littelfuse AQ1205-01FTG Bidirectional Discrete TVS Diode

Littelfuse AQ1205-01FTG Bidirectional Discrete TVS Diode safely dissipates a 7A 8/20μs surge event and offers 7pF typical capacitance. This diode features proprietary silicon avalanche technology and provides electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for electronic equipment. The module safely absorbs repetitive ESD strikes of ±30kV without performance degradation (contact/air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2). Additional features include low leakage current and low clamping voltage. Littelfuse AQ1205-01FTG Bidirectional Discrete TVS Diode is AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, halogen free, lead free, and RoHS compliant.
