Littelfuse AHRL Automotive-Grade PolySwitch Resettable Polymeric Positive Temperature Coefficient devices (PPTCs) are compact and designed for the automotive industry. Littelfuse AHRL PPTCs are 16V, high-temperature, lead-free, radial-leaded resettable devices that meet Littelfuse’s automotive qualification. This qualification is based on AEC-Q200: Stress Test Qualification for Passive Components.
