Littelfuse 3.0SMCJ 3000W Surface Mount TVS Diodes are designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. The series features 3000W peak pulse power capability in a low-profile package. Littelfuse 3.0SMCJ TVS Diodes are ideal for the protection of I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits used in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronic applications.
