Linear Integrated Systems J500 Current Regulating Diodes

Linear Integrated Systems J500 Series Current Regulating Diodes are a direct replacement for the Siliconix-Vishay J500 series. With operation in a -55°C to +150°C junction temperature range, the J500 diodes offer a wide 0.192mA to 5.6mA current range and are ideal for current-limiting and constant-current applications. J500 diodes are available in the TO-92 2L RoHS package and bare die option.
