KEMET Electronics LDE Automotive PEN Film Capacitors

KEMET LDE Automotive Polyethylene Naphthalate (PEN) Film Capacitors are general-purpose capacitors designed for high-reliability and high-temperature service. The AEC-Q200-qualified components range in capacitance from 0.001µF to 4.7µF with ±10% and ±20% tolerances (±5% on request) and EIA size from 1206 to 6054. The LDE caps feature rated voltages from 40V_AC to 250V_AC and 50V_DC to 1000V_DC. Typical applications include filtering, timing, bypassing, and coupling. The KEMET LDE Automotive PEN film caps are not suitable for across-the-line applications.
