These surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) are specifically designed for use in harsh environments, which require robust and reliable capacitors at extreme temperatures such as +260°C. The C0G dielectric exhibits no change in capacitance with respect to time and voltage and exhibits a negligible change in capacitance with reference to ambient temperature.
