JAE Electronics MX81 Automotive Connectors

JAE Electronics MX81 Automotive Connectors are unsealed compact connectors with the same crimp socket terminals as the MX80 sealed connectors. These connectors support a wide range of wire sizes (0.13mm² to 1mm²) and over 10A high current carrying capacity. The MX81 automotive connectors are tested to USCAR-2 and LV214 specifications to ensure reliability in high-vibration environments. These connectors are used in Electronic Control Units (ECUs), sensors, lighting, and other general automotive applications.

The MX81 connectors are compatible with 2.54mm pitch pin contacts. These connectors feature a 500V AC (1 minute) dielectric withstanding voltage, ISO/JASO/EWCAP/VDA standard 0.64mm tab size, and -40°C to 125°C operating temperature range.
