IXYS MPA 95-06DA FRED Modules

IXYS MPA 95-06DA Fast Recovery Epitaxial Diode (FRED) Modules feature planar passivated chips and low switching loss for high-frequency switching devices. The modules offer a high-reliability circuit operation, soft recovery behavior, and low noise switching. The FRED modules operate with a 600VRSM max repetitive and non-repetitive reverse blocking voltage and a 200A RMS forward current rating. The IXYS MPA 95-06DA FRED Modules are RoHS compliant and ideal for free-wheeling diodes in converters, motor control circuits, inductive heating/melting, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), ultrasonic cleaners, and ultrasonic welding applications.
