IXYS IX4310T Low-Side MOSFET Gate Driver

IXYS IX4310T Low-Side MOSFET Gate Driver is designed to drive MOSFETs in power supplies, motor controllers, power inverters, and similar applications. The IX4310T has an output capable of sourcing and sinking 2A of peak current and has a voltage input range of 5V to 24V. The input of the IX4310T Gate Driver is TTL and CMOS logic compatible. This device features undervoltage-lockout, making it ideal for use in switched-mode power supplies (SMPS). 

The IX4310T is available in a 5-pin SOT23 package and features a wide -40°C to +125°C ambient temperature range.
