IXYS CLA100E1200TZ High-Efficiency Thyristors are single thyristors for line frequency. These thyristors provide long-term stability and feature 1200V maximum repetitive reverse voltage and 100A average forward current. IXYS CLA100E1200TZ Thyristors feature a planar passivated chip in a TO-268AA package. Applications include 50Hz/60Hz line rectifying, soft-start AC motor control, DC motor control, and more.
