iWave Systems SMARC Heat Sinks

iWave Systems SMARC Heat Sinks are designed for SMARC i.MX8M, i.MX8 QM, and SD820 modules. The 82mm x 42mm sized Heat Sinks are made up of aluminium material and use silicone elastomer as a thermal gap pad between the CPU and the heat sink. The SMARC Heat Sinks are light weight and rugged, intended to be easily attached to iWave’s Qseven system on modules.
