Insight SiP ISP1907 Angle of Arrival Demo Kit provides the complete hardware and software necessary in a development environment for user solutions. The ISP1907-AOA Kit cannot be directly used for product development. The software is closed proprietary firmware from Nordic semiconductor and cannot be modified or linked to a more extensive application. The ISP1907 Angle of Arrival Demo Kit does produce angular data able to be visualized on another system.
The Insight SiP ISP1907 AoA Demo Kit consists of anchor units positioned in a line-of-sight manner from tag units. The Tag Board transmits a specific localization advertising signal. The Anchor Board integrates an Antenna array at the other side of the communication link that delivers phase-to-angle information. The position of tagged items is calculated by triangulation from different anchors.
