Infineon Technologies XHP™ 2 & 3 IGBT Modules

Infineon Technologies XHP™ 2 and 3 IGBT Modules are designed for high-power applications, ranging from 1.7kV to 6.5kV. The Infineon modules are ideal for demanding uses like traction, CAV, and medium-voltage drives. The devices offer scalable design, top-notch reliability, and the highest power density.

Available in two housings, XHP 2 and XHP 3, both share dimensions of 140mm length, 100mm width, and 40mm height. This allows product designers to create consistent solutions across various current and voltage ratings, optimizing power converter concepts. The focus during development was on achieving flexibility and reliability, ensuring seamless integration into systems.

    • Available with 6kV and 10.4kV isolation, respectively
