Infineon Technologies TLE9140EQWEVAL Evaluation Board

Infineon Technologies TLE9140EQWEVAL Evaluation Board offers a flexible prototyping and developing tool to evaluate the MOTIX™ TLE9140EQW 3-phase BLDC gate driver in two scenarios.  This board comes with a Graphic Unit Interface (GUI) to establish the SPI communication including a sample code. The TLE9140EQWEVAL evaluation board includes MOSFETs, a microcontroller, and a debug interface. This board is used in motor control, drives, and automotive applications.

  • Jumpers are available to connect 48V embedded power companion general microcontroller
  • Software support with demo code for FOC via developer center
  • Supports 12V and 48V/24V power supply via banana jacks
  • Graphical User Interface (GUI) to register easy access to the driver IC (available for Microsoft Windows® only)
