Infineon Technologies TLE493D-P2B6 Low Power 3D Hall Sensors

Infineon Technologies TLE493D-P2B6 Low Power 3D Hall Sensors are enabled by improved accuracy. These devices are excellent for high-performance applications concerning the pricing and package size. The TLE493D-P2B6 has an extremely low quiescent current and wake-up function in a small package. Also, the sensors provide options for configuration to fit customer requirements (e.g., data communication, the definition of measurements, etc.). The safety manual supports functional safety applications.

The configurability of the sensor is used in application platforms to adapt to the end customer’s wishes. Infineon Technologies TLE493D-P2B6 is available in 4 different variants ending with A0, A1, A2, or A3. The underlying feature is the so-called Bus mode configuration of this device. It’s possible to connect up to four sensors to one I2C bus. The specific addressing is then done via four different variants.
