Infineon Technologies TDM388x IPOL Power Modules

Infineon Technologies TDM388x IPOL Power Modules come with an integrated inductor and is an easy-to-design, fully integrated 3A (TDM3883) or 4A (TDM3885) buck converter. Each device offers a high-efficiency load and line regulation over a wide input supply range with a compact design. With integrated inductor and capacitors, it reduces external components and saves 80% of PCB area. Therefore, Infineon Technologies TMD388x allows a much higher power density while minimizing the parasitic parameters. This feature makes the TDM388x an easy-to-use, highly efficient, and reliable step-down DC/DC converter ideal for system designers seeking a compact and fast-to-market solution in various applications.
