Infineon Technologies SSCB Reference Design

Infineon Technologies Solid-State Circuit Breakers (SSCB) Reference Design allows application-level evaluation of CoolMOS™S7T power devices. This design is ideal for 16A nominal current and AC (110/230V) or DC (350V) grid supply. The SSCB reference design (REF_SSCB_AC_DC_1PH_16A) features a floating switch, maximum 60Hz frequency, and shunt resistor-based Over-Current Detection (OCD). This design includes an isolated backplane communication bus (for multichannel configuration) in a functional low-voltage domain. The SSCB reference design is used in automation, solid-state circuit breakers, and industrial applications.
