Infineon Technologies REF_XDPS2201_170W_BPA AC-DC Reference Design is a single-stage hybrid-flyback reference design for 24V and 36V Li-Ion battery packs. This design incorporates the XDP™ XDPS2201 digital controller with multi-mode operation and two 600V CoolMOS™ P7 superjunction MOSFETs. The REF_XDPS2201_170W_BPA AC-DC reference design features a wide output voltage range, 180kHz maximum frequency, and high efficiency of >95% at 230VAC input voltage. Typical applications include battery chargers, power tools, Switched-Mode Power Supply (SMPS), and light electric vehicles like e-bikes.
