Infineon Technologies MOTIX™ TLE9185QX/TLE9185QX V33 BLDC Driver ICs

Infineon Technologies TLE9185QX/TLE9185QX V33 BLDC Driver ICs are three-phase driver ICs with integrated power supply and support features. The BLDC Driver ICs feature a 3.3V (TLE9185QX V33) or a 5V (TLE9185QX) low-dropout voltage regulator, three half-bridges for BDLC motor control, one current sense amplifier, and one 32 bit SPI interface.

The TLE9185QX V33 device includes diagnostic and supervision features and is intended to operate with 3.3V microcontrollers. In comparison, the TLE9185QX consists of diagnostic and supervision features and is designed to work with 5.0V microcontrollers.

Periodic cyclic wake in normal mode, stop mode, and sleep mode
Drain-source monitoring and open-load detection, configurable time-out, and window watchdog
Overtemperature and short circuit protection features
