Infineon Technologies KP464XTMA1 and KP466XTMA1 Pressure Sensors are miniaturized digital absolute pressure sensors engineered for performance and precision. The Infineon Technologies KP464XTMA1 and KP466XTMA1 feature micromachining and a seamlessly integrated signal conditioning circuit that utilizes a cutting-edge capacitive sensing principle. The sensors can convert physical pressure into a 10-, 12-, or 14-bit digital value. Not only does it transmit this vital information through the SPI interface, but it also boasts an integrated temperature sensor on the chip, enabling the transmission of precise temperature data in response to SPI commands.
