Infineon Technologies IR3823AMTRPBF Buck Regulator

Infineon Technologies IR3823AMTRPBF Buck Regulator is a 3A easy-to-use, fully integrated synchronous regulator. This buck regulator uses a compensation-free fast Constant-On-Time (COT) control scheme, that simplifies the design effort. The IR3823A regulator is offered in a small 3.5mm x 3.5mm PQFN package with excellent thermal performance. This regulator includes an internal low dropout voltage regulator that allows operation with a single supply. Features include protection functions such as pre-bias start-up, thermally compensated current limit, over-voltage and under-voltage protection, and thermal shutdown to give required system-level.

The IR3823AMTRPBF regulator offers a programmable switching frequency range from 600kHz to 2MHz. Applications include server applications, storage, telecom and datacom, distributed Point-of-Load power architectures, and artificial intelligence applications.
