Infineon Technologies Fan Driver Evaluation Board

Infineon Technologies Fan Driver Evaluation Board is a compact 3-phase motor drive system solution up to 100W for sensor-less or sensored motor control. This board provides sensorless speed controlled direct FOC startup, 7-segment / 5-segment SVM, over-current protection by CTRAP, and speed controlled using µC/Probe™ GUI’s slider. The fan driver eval board features various components including XMC1302 MCU, half-bridge gate driver EiceDRIVER™ 2ED28073J06F, CoolMOS IPN60R2K0PFD7S, and CoolSet ICE5QR4770AG. The XMC1302 MCU supports HALL, includes J-Link debug interface by Segger, and µC/Probe™-based GUI for parameterization and tuning.
