Infineon Technologies EZ-PD™ CCG7D Two-port USB-C PD + DC-DC Controllers

Infineon Technologies EZ-PD™ CCG7D Two-port USB-C™ PD + DC-DC Controllers is a highly integrated and programable solution incorporating buck-boost controllers. The CCG7D complies with the USB Type-C and PD specifications and is designed for multi-port consumer charging applications.

The Infineon CCG7D controllers feature a wide 4V to 24V with a 40V tolerance input voltage range and programmable 150kHz to 600kHz switching frequency. The CCG7D integrates VBUS NFET gate drivers, buck-boost NFET gate drivers, VCONN FETs, and a High Side Current Sense Amplifier (HSCSA).

The CCG7D controllers supply advanced features such as dynamic load-sharing, signed field firmware upgrades, and optimized buck input voltage.
