Infineon Technologies EVAL-M7-LVMOS-INV Evaluation Power Board

Infineon Technologies EVAL-M7-LVMOS-INV Evaluation Power Board is designed to be driven by a control board compatible with the included M7 connector. The EVAL-M7-LVMOS-INV power board can handle up to 300W output power when the carrier frequency is 20kHz (The load is a 24V vacuum cleaner motor).

The Infineon EVAL-M7-LVMOS-INV Evaluation Power Board’s primary device is the IPD033N06N 60V OptiMOS™ power MOSFET. The IPD033N06N OptiMOS 60V is optimized for synchronous rectification in a switched-mode power supply (SMPS). The highly effective switching performance and lower RDS(on) achieve lower losses when this device is used for low voltage motor control, solar microinverters, and fast switching DC-DC converters. The IPD033N06N has 40% lower RDS(on) than alternative devices, reducing paralleling and increasing power density.
